module 5:

Herbalism

Herbalism is one of the oldest forms of women’s medicine. It’s a practice rooted in intuition, observation, and deep relationship with the earth. In this module, we’ll return to those roots, exploring how plants can nurture the body through every season of life, especially in the childbearing years.

You’ll learn the foundations of practical, home-based herbalism. To connect with plants not as products, but as living allies. Together, we’ll study how to create your own blends, tinctures, salves, baths, and steams, and how to use them safely and intentionally for wellness, nourishment, and comfort.

  • How to source, store, and blend herbs responsibly and sustainably.
